Questions from cleaners

I'm not great at taking photos. Is that a problem?

No. Phone photos are fine, and some posts don't need photos at all, like checklists and tips. Bennu makes those as simple text designs.

Can it post to TikTok?

Yes. Image posts and carousels go to TikTok as photo posts. On plans with reels, Bennu also makes reels from your own clips, like a quick before and after.

Do I need to know anything about social media?

No. If you can swipe a photo on your phone, you can run it. It writes the posts, picks the times and posts them. You just say yes or no.

What if I don't like a post?

Skip it, or tap Edit and say what you want, like "shorter" or "mention Sale". It changes it on the spot, and you can undo any change.

Will it post anything I haven't seen?

No. Nothing goes out until you approve it. You can switch on auto-posting later if you want to, but it's off to start with.

Do you use AI pictures?

Your own photos and clips come first. Reels are made from your own clips and photos, with a few seconds of AI at most. Anything made with AI is labelled. We never make realistic AI people or fake photos of finished jobs.

Which platforms does it post to?

Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. TikTok gets your image posts and carousels as photo posts. For reels there too, pick a plan with reels and send Bennu a few short clips of your work.

How do I cancel?

In Account, tap Cancel plan, then confirm. That's it. Scheduled posts stop straight away and we show you which ones.

Is there a contract?

No. Plans are monthly, or yearly if you want two months free. We remind you before every charge.
